We’re entering a brand new year. It’s the time when pretty much everyone is setting their New Year’s resolution again (who invented this crazy tradition?).
Truth is, resolutions are often set in the midst of New Year’s euphoria and is hardly ever achieved. We can give myriad of reasons as to why we’re not achieving what we set out to do, chances are it all boils down to one factor, self-discipline.
